What are the coordinates for setting up a bell satellite dish in southern texas?

I have friends who winter in Texas. They have had no problem getting their dish to work in previous years. This year theirs blew off the roof and they can't seem to get it realigned. They are wondering if any Canadians who are in Texas can look at their Bell Satellite Dish and get the scew angle and elevation for them.
