Is stefan multer [email protected] job for a legal assistant a scam?

This address advertises a position for a law student assistant.

It is unusual that it features in 2011 exactly the same as in 2012.
Further, the job is advertised in California and Belgium, which is unusual for a German lawyer.

Finally, Stefan Multer is not on linkedin or anywhere as a practitioner.
Please help, I do not want suffer a scam! :)
