Sidebars on tumblr

Hey :) I was wondering if there was any way to move the content on yous sidebar on tumblr further up. I want more space for my pages, but the name of my blog and banner and all that is in the way, though there is more space above the blog name and stuff. It would have been great to just push the content a bit upwards, is there anything I can do to my html code to achieve this??
