I am girl and I like the other girl who works in my office

I am a gal and I have huge crush with a gal who works in my office, she does not even know me.
I always see her, I really dont have guts to speak to her, I really dont know what to do.
How to start to speak with her, I feel she will not like me. I think I have inferiority complex.

I had so many girls who love me and they easily used to get along with me.
All the girls they have only approached me. and now I am not able make out what to do.
so please help me what shall I do??

My advice would be to look for a girlfriend somewhere else. Getting involved romantically with other people in your workplace is a very unwise thing to do.

It can get awkward too.

well see if she wants to hang out as coleagues and throw a party to seem as if it's just casual get to know her maybe ask her if she's straight or bi or lez and if she bi or lez ask her if she wanna go on a date hope I helped

Just start saying hi every time she walks by or you walk by her (: then maybe introduce yourself & become friends. Don't rush things, you don't wanna scare her away.
