You can't seriously expect them to pay you to go out and work with their customers long enough for you to talk them into moving their business to your company. Of course they can, and should, terminate you. There isn't a business in the world stupid enough to put their competitors on the payroll. :-)
I do not go to venue to venue or job to job I have worked on the same door for the past 3 years no where else all there work is in Lancaster and they have 4 doors in manchester they have tried black mailing me bribing me under what circumstances can they suspend me on without breaching there contract or the law it's unfair dismissal
This has nothing to do with how long you've been there or how many contracts your employer has. As their employee, you are an agent for their company. You can't be an agent for two different organizations bidding for the same work. That is is a conflict of interest. The proper things to do is to resign and if you are unwilling to do that, they have every right to terminate you for that conflict.
