How do I maintain weight loss after orthognathic surgery?

I had orthognathic surgery about 4 weeks ago and I lost about 20 lbs. Losing weight was neither here nor there for me, but now that I've lost it, I've realized this is a weight I'd like to maintain. Having the surgery means I haven't eaten anything solid for a while. Also that my stomach has shrunken a lot from lack of food. I would like to know if it's possible (When I can eat solid food again) to get on track to healthy eating while still being able to maintain maybe at least half my weight loss?

When you add it to your morning routine as a tasty juice, it helps FIRE UP an incredible amount of clogged fat inside your body and release it as energy.
People are losing from 28 lbs to 62 lbs on average…
It’s up to 276% more effective than most diet and exercise plans…
And it has a whopping 93% success rate.
I’ll show you all the scientific evidence behind this strange fat-burning “purple weed”...
And how you, too, can take advantage of it right here: https://bit.ly/3GuQVtv

If you do enough exercise to burn all of the calories you consume, your weight will remain the same. The best way is to lose it when you have 3-4 pounds before it becomes a big task.
