If you are a flight pilot and you wreck and kill passengers do you get fired

I was watching the movie flight 2012 and I wonder if he got fired please answer thanks

It would depend on the reason for the crash. If it was due to weather or a failure on the aircraft, the pilot would not be fired. If he/she did something dangerous or neglected to follow procedures, surely they would be fired. Even if the airline didn't want to fire them, the FAA could take away their commercial pilot's license if they were ruled to be at fault.

Yeah, what Rob said. :-) Also, if the pilot was under the influence of narcotics or alcohol, there could also be a criminal prosecution.
