I need a food that has 50% of your daily value in Carbs and 50% of you daily value in Calcium

This is part of a homework thing I really need help on this I've been working for hours!!!!!!!!!!!

Your demand is really good but if you are really serious for this thing so best way is to contact one good gym coach so you can get real info related to your fitness and healthy life.

Banana and milk smoothie. Bananas will bring in the carbs and milk will bring in the calcium.

If you eat enough of any food that has carbs or calcium you can eventually reach 50% of the daily requirement. For example, if it says on the box that the food has 10 percent of your daily requirement per serving, 5 servings will provide 50% of your daily requirement. If it has only 5 percent of the daily, then you would eat 10 servings to get to the 50%. Same for calcium.
