Sew in hair extensions?

I want to get see in hair extensions my hair is thick and wavy but it breaks off a lot so is this a good idea? Also I'm white

I have thick curly hair, and I wanted extensions, too. But, it is also nice to get the clipins. However, you need to get your hair thinned out a lot for them. Talk to your hair stylist and ask them what would be better. Clipins take longer in the mornings, but once you get used to them you can do it pretty quickly. Also, clipins last longer, and you can wear your hair short one day and long the next. I suggest clipins, but sew ins are not a bad way to go either. Hope I helped!(:
