Tune to The Thinnest Man I Ever Saw?

When I was a kid---I'm in my 60's now---I remember my dad singing this song while playing its music on a ukelele (he was a naturally talented pianist, but loved to mess around with a ukelele). I remember some of the music to this fun little ditty but not all of it. Do you know where I could find the tune for it AND the chords, so I could sing and play it on the guitar? I'm very excited to find at least all the words to it.
