Can some please make me a eating exercise plan who know what there doing and it will work

im female 19 years
put 9stone on in 8 months
now weigh 18 stone 4pound
5ft2
want to lose weight and tone my whole body
i have no life any more please can some one help me if you kw what you are doing plus I want to loose weight as fast as possible cant go to gym
but can buy some equipment

eating

eat a lot more fruits and cut out chicken and dairy as much as possible. drink a lot of water.

exercise

go outside for walks, jogs, runs in or near parks if possible. get as much fresh air as you can. for toning your body, try joining a gym where they offer pilates and do that once you've lost some weight are thin and need toning.
