I read that man who has hair on his ears is a true man, is it true?

the man who have hair on his body have the largest y-chromosome and he is the real man and he have large man related hormone. I confusing about this I want to know the true information.

"Real man" implies that there are some artificial or imitation men among us. Whether a person is a man or not is determined by what's in their underwear, not what's on their ears. :-)
