How do I enter Macy's when I have an early shift before it opens?

I tried to call HR and the department I work in but nobody answered. I wanted to know how can get inside the store before it opens. I start work at 6am next week and the place opens at 10am. Sorry, dumb question. I know.

Ask your supervisor. Normally a group of people will start work at the same time and one of them will have a key and know the security system.
