Can I get done for fraud as I got catalogues in my husbands name? but he found out and sign parcel?

My husband went to Pakistan for 2 months left me and my 2y old with hardly anything, we needed clothes so got couple catalogues in his name and I told him wen he got back, he didn't say much but next day signed for 2 parcels? Now we getting divorce he threatening me with fraud?

Fraud is something said or done in a deceptive way to trick another person out of their money. Unless he didn't know you are his wife and your 2 year old is his child whom he is obligated to support, I seriously doubt a fraud charge would get past the magistrate. People who are looking at a divorce will threaten anything. Never get your legal advice from your adversary. Go talk to a divorce lawyer.
