when I open facebook then a error message shown below

If "Proxykuk" is a proxy server between the computer and the DNS lookup, there is no way you can get around it except to logon to another wifi in the area that doesn't contain the block.

yep,using proxy,firefox and chrome have a option...download the addons from here Hidemyass.com now H symbol is shown try to run the url inside of the H tag...it will open the facebook.. then check if your ip is working or not through ip-details.com

There is only one way to break university limitation.Use a VPN to break it.Try the pptp,L2TP and OpenVpn protocol.OpenVpn can break most of firewall.Try to use flyvpn http://www.flyvpn.com .free trial everyday!
