Will a community resolution order stop me getting a job with vulnerable people?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by, "vulnerable people." If the offense the resolution was issued for involved theft for example, it could affect your ability to get employment working with things of value with anyone aware of the offense but the community resolution system does not give juveniles a criminal record.
