Best BB internet only contract.

I really want a BlackBerry (phone) but I dont want texts, or really calls, I just want internet for BBM and facebook adn twitter and etc. I dont really have much money and I dont already have the phone, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a cheap enough contract that I could get just for the internet, or a website I could go on to find the perfect contract.
