Unable to launch htm help file from application

We have a visual basic application that is linked to our help file that is wrriten in htm using webhelp 5.50. When the help button is pressed an hour glass is displayed briefly and then it goes away but the Help is not launched.

Try running the HTML by clicking on the file in Windows Explorer (Not Internet Explorer). If it runs OK that way, the problem is the VB App that's calling it. If it doesn't work that way either, the problem is in the HTML File.

If it has been moved to a different computer, make sure you ran the install file, didn't just move it. If you just move it to another machine, you'll need to install the VB Runtime and any components the application uses.
