How do you read your ged status report online?

I checked my GED status report on the 2/27/12 , where it says GED testing records , under that it have Test Date: 01/11/12 , Document type: Diploma , Issue Date: February 24, 2012

What does this means?
Did I pass or does it mean that they have just started with updating my result.

If it lists a "Diploma issue date" that sounds like you have been issued a diploma but that was only three days ago. It could be in the mail. Can't you contact the testing agency and ask?
