I am active and trying to eat more healthy but it feels like sit down so much. I don't feel as healthy and able to run as much as I did in the summer when I wasn't sitting down in school for half the day.
As Mongko said, you need to start trying to lose some weight. If you feel uncomfortable with your weight then you need to make an effort to change that. Start exercising when you can. Eat a little bit less at meals and have fewer and less filling snacks.
eat smaller portions and less snacks , drink lots , also if you want to tone your tummy sit up straight and hold in your stomache muscles for a few seconds .
