I have an ipswitch account that crashed because I created an infinite loop. how do I fix it?

I have two work emails. One is my main email I use inhouse, the other is for clients. My inhouse email is tied to my phone, and whenever I get a client email, my inhouse email is alerted with a autogenerated email. I accidently autoforwarded my inhouse email to my client communication email, which created an infinite loop. After realizing I had done this, I broke the loop, but now I no longer can recieve any inhouse communication. My inhouse email is an ipswitch account. Does anyone know how to fix this?
