Help - my screen enlarges when I use roboscreencapture so large I can't capture the screen.

I am using Adobe RoboScreenCapture 2.0. When a try to capture a screen’s region, right after I select Capture > Region, the screen that I try to capture gets blown up (enlarges) so big that it goes outside of my monitor’s screen edges so that I can’t see all of it and therefore can’t capture the region of the screen that I want. This didn’t always happen on my Windows 7 64-bit PC but now does all the time. How do I stop that from happening?

I am using a Dell Precision M6500 laptop set to it monitor’s 1920x1200 native resolution and sometimes I have a second monitor set up (multiple displays) running at the same time.

Try downsizing the screen resolution to 1024 or less. If that doesn't work try Adobe support:
