Lenovo ThinkCentre A70z Desktop All-In-One built in webcam and microphone

I recently purchesed a thinkcentre all in one desktop computer that has a built in webcam and mic for my parents and when I went to use it tonight on skype it said that it wasn't connected or not turned on. After discovering that I searched the computer for where the program might be and I couldn't find it anywhere. I then went to Lenovo's website to see if that would help but again found nothing. I would like to know there is a program that I could install onto their computer so that the webcam and mic will work?
