How do you replace lifters on 2003 f350 6.0

I have worked on plenty of gas even have a hot rod nova that runs low 6 s inthe 1/8 th mile but this is a whole new deal
I heard you have to take the cab and the fenders off because there now enuf room to get the heads off

That may be true. I've had good success with Haynes Manuals, especially with avoiding ways to screw it up. It's my understanding they actually take it apart and put it back together to write the procedures. I just finished replacing the manual transmission in my 95 Jeep Wrangler and it came out and went back in exactly as the manual described.
