Not finding Product Model category for HCL laptop

Hi, I'm very much dipress
Few days back unknowingy I uninstalled application related to sound & now Im not able to listen songs, to call my home. I can here only a some beep sound when some message display.
I badly need of master to suggest.
I try to download the drivers from www.hclsupportservice.in where it asking for Select Product Model. I try to find out in my laptop lable sticked. Also I run "dxdiag" & Belarc Advisor. I didnt found any where the product model that are listed in above link.

Cut and paste the above information to an email and send it to HCL Support at:

They should be able to provide you with the Product Family, Category and Model information from the serial number of the computer.

Once you have that info, download and install new audio drivers at:
