Payroll preparation is totally dependant on the location of the employer. Every country and state has different rates and requirements and even some local governments tax payroll. Your government tax agency should offer handouts on how it is done and there are computer solutions available for many areas.

I have found that the easiest thing to do is use a payroll service. There are SO many specifics involved, it's nice to hand over that headache for a low fee. Search for services in your area. Before you hand them your and your employees private financial data, be sure to check them out to make sure they're legitimate and there aren't any major BBB complaints against them.

Instead of preparing it by yourself, you can go for various payroll outsourcing sites. You can save a lot of your time which you can utilize in some other work. I recommend online payroll services like Insideoutsourcing that will do work on your behalf. :) Check out this link

1.Describe how employees document and submit time.
2.Go through the actions as you write. The best way to make sure that you include all of the steps necessary to process payroll is to write the steps as you go through the actions of doing the payroll.
3.Write how to calculate employee wages.
4.Discuss how to make payment adjustments.
5.Describe how to print checks or submit payroll information to the payroll servicer.
