My BBM doesn't work.

BBM- Blackberry Messenger, I got my blackberry 2 days ago, ive registered it any my BBM was working I was talking to some mates then the next day I couldn't go on the internet or use my BBM? Whyy what can I do to make it work i'm going to phone them up but i'm not sure whats going on? Fucked me off to be honest :P Butt oh well
