I was just joking. It might be that the sensation of having to go pee is that your bladder is being pumped up with air like a bicycle tire. Go easy on that thing. :-)

your dumb number 1 answer,its because of the reaction of pushing sperm out of your penis also coincides with pushing piss out of your penis,hence you have helped push it to come out after the sperm.
