When people ask me what I'm scared of I just say "Heights, and snakes." But there's a whole lot more that I'm scared of (and bears are one of them). Heights and snakes are the main things that I'm scared of, but there are lots of other things I'm scared of when I think about it. I think everyone has one or two main fears, but are also afraid of other things. Lots of people are scared of bears, it's just not their "main" fear.
Bears aren't "mean" like people can be sometimes, they're just wild and very unpredictable. Like all wild animals, they need their space. As long as we respect that space they are beautiful creatures. When we don't, that's when they get mean.

I agree with rob they are creatures that only really attack a human if they're really desperate for food or if your near there cubs. Just remember that there more scared of us than we are of them. And the animals could easily be tamed but it's not advised.

Perhaps because they can stand up on their two back feet, which makes them look very tall. Look up what you should do if you see a bear. (Some people think you should play dead, but that won't work for every kind of bear.) If you saw Brave in 3D like I did, I wouldn't blame you for being scared of bears! =(:•3)

P.S. Before you mean people (there's always mean people on the Internet) start calling me stupid, I know that Brave hadn't come out yet when this question was asked.
They got sharp teeth and large claws and they are like I'll hunt you down nigga!

It's instinctual to be afraid of things that could hurt you. That's why humans are still alive today.
