"Don't feel good" could mean a lot of things. If you feel stuffed you could be eating too much or doing it too fast. If you feel sick like you want to throw up, try eating something totally different the next day and see if you get the same feeling. You could be allergic to some foods or have some kind of digestive disorder. Experiment until you figure it out.
