How can you find the date of the initial creation of video file?

I am trying to discover when a video file was initially created. Not the "created date" or the "modified date" or the last "access date" I want to retrieve the initial creation of the file. And is it possible to retrieve this data if the file has been copied?

There are ways to attach additional data (meta data) to the file with software but you have to put the information in the file when it is created using the same software you would use to retrieve the information. It's not automatic.

If you have access to the computer the video was first loaded into when it was made, the date created shown on that machine would be the date you're looking for.

If Microsoft ruled the world we would get a new birthday each time we moved to a new address. :-)
