I've already posted the answer to this on your other PowerPoint question, but here it is, in case you haven't seen it yet:

A) Shows all of the text that your presentation contains;
B) Shows all of the slides you have in the presentation, as
little images (thumbnails);
C) You can write some notes, about the slide you've currently selected, here (these notes will not be displayed during the presentation).
