Is there 'wiki' type software that creates relationships between topics and shows the results?

For example - create wiki-style page describing 'arm'; create a page describing 'band'; then create a third page describing 'armband', that also automatically shows the links to the 'arm' and 'band' pages. I know this can be done manually using tags etc - but I'm constructing a library of common terminology so it needs to allow this linking by looking up all the existing pages.

The pages can be created and linked together in a text editor using the HTML language. Make the pages in MSWord and save them as HTML files (File/Save AS/). Then just hilight the words and select Insert/Hyperlink and link it to the downlink page.
