How your organisation compares to other organisations in the sector

i am doing an nvq level 3 business admin course and work in a large secondary school I am a little confused with the question , please help ?

Two organisations can be compared based on a zillion things from their budgets to the height of the stairway leading into the building. There has to be some more specific basis for the comparison. Look at the context the question is being asked and see if you can understand the basis. It may be carried down from a previous question.

If such a comparator doesn't exist, try comparing general areas like number of students, teachers, support staff, mission, budget, facility size; as many as you can get data for.
