What it mean of cc and Bcc in making a letter?

cc are they using in sending a e-mail for somebody...For example cc To.

CC means "Carbon Copy" a phrase left over from the typewriter days. It means a copy of the email goes to additional people.

BCC means "Blind Carbon Copy." Same as CC except the BCC recipient's name doesn't appear in the header.
