How do I formulate an exel spreadsheet?

I have a column with team names, next to it a column for win or loss. All across the rest of the page I have muliple columns with team pics with points next to each. How can I configure exel to subtract the points from the teams I mark with a loss in the win/loss column?

If you have no experience programming you're in for a real treat. :-)

The video in the link below is an example of how programming boolean in Excel works.

From a programming perspective, it isn't a difficult operation, it's Microsoft's hieroglyphic language they use for Excel that bends your mind.

If you can put up what columns the points are in, the column you want the answer in and specifically how you identify a win or loss, maybe somebody here can provide a more specific answer.
