Even if anybody here could diagnose your problem on such limited information, it will have to be treated someway. Go see a doctor.

It sounds like what you've got is an aging prostate. This is very common in men your age. The prostate continues to grow during a man's lifetime and by the time a man reaches his 50s it can grow so big that it effects urinary flow and functions. You may feel you have to strain a lot harder, or feel as if you have not completely emptied your bladder. You may find yourself having to pee more often and are always looking for nearest restroom. You should see a doctor but I would also recommend that you ask him about prostate health supplements. These really work and may have far less side effects than drugs. Read a few testimonials (http://www.betaprostate.com/superbeta-customerstories/a/superbeta-customerstories) and ask your doctor about it.
