TO CLEANUP TEMP FILES ON A PC:
Load My Computer, right click on the drive and select Properties. Half way down the page on the right click the 'Disk Cleanup' button.

TO DELETE FILES:
Go to Programs>Accessories and load Windows Explorer.

Navigate to the folder where the file is located. Right click the mouse and select 'Delete.'

* You can delete an entire folder.

* By selecting one file and holding down the shift key and selecting another, all files between the two will be selected.

* By holding down Ctrl and selecting files they can be selected or de-selected in any order.

The deletions will not free up disk space until you empty the Recycle Bin.

What you can do is click start, click all programs,go to accessories, system tools, click on disk cleanup. And wait for the bar to fill up,then go to "more options,it is a tab at the top, there will be at least two highlighted boxes, click cleanup in the box that says "programs and features". After that, a list of programs come up,click on the program you would like to remove and it will remove it for you. Repeat for any additional programs you would like to remove. I hope this helped you! :)
