Did a male or female create microsoft excel?

Spreadsheets are one of the most obvious uses for computers so they were among the very first general purpose computer products at the beginning of the PC evolution. When multi deminsonal array technology became available, most every software producer had a spreadsheet product. Excel wasn't Microsoft's first spreadsheet either.

In my view you can't credit any one individual for creating either spreadsheet software or Excel.

Does it really matter if it was a male or female? Both are human, both have great abilities. Ain't no sexism goin on here
