How do I replace the screen in a screened porch.

There's actually a tool for the job. It looks like a small pizza cutter with about a 1/2 " wheel on it. Go buy the tool and the rubber stripping that goes with it and it's pretty much self explanatory. Bet you can get it all for $5.
