Unlock in what sense? It's not an iPhone, so it's not locked into AT&T, so it doesn't need provider-unlocking. So what are you asking exactly?

Just enter your password to open your iPod. When it is not workable, try using iTunes to restore and unlock your iPhone. But this will lead to data loss.
