Deleting old email address

using msn
When trying to go to accounts and billing to delet an old email address I get this message:
You do not have permission to view this page
You are not an account manager. Your acccount manager status can be changed by your account manager

YOU ARE SIGNED IN AS A GUEST ON THIS COMPUTER??

I get the same message trying my old email address.

Although I imagine your issue has been resolved by now, some of the suggestions below are totally wrong.

* Never reformat a computer over an email account that is set up wrong.

* Don't do the "F2" option he mentions. There is nothing in the BIOS that has anything to do with email or user accounts.

In case your question hasn't been resolved in the past 4 months, please repost including what operating system and email client you're using. Hopefully someone who understands how it works will reply.

Ask_Sean, Says Ive had the same problem on my PC once, what happened is that you havent made a ADMIN account (meaning you cant edit changes or st00f) (P:S when you turn on your computer is Guest the only account there? If so then youl need to format the computer and to do that when you 1st turn it on you press like F2 or something like that itl tell you when you turn it on. If you CANT format it then theres only 2 things to do,

-Just use other websites and NOT MSN (gonna be hard lol)
-Take it back to the shop (recomended)
