Is Paxton and Willis Equity Group a SCAM?

They claim to be a loan company. They claim that I qualify for a $9000 loan, but it has to be secured. Also, I submitted my information on my own to a website called www.priorityloans.org. I was contacted by Paxton and Willis Equity Group. So they are requesting that I send the 1st four months payments that totals $1122.48. This amount will be deducted from the last four payments of the three year note. They also claim that lenders in the U.S. are so strict that they find lenders from different countries to loan the money. So they want me to wire this amount directly to the accounts recievable person to Madrid Spain. It is not to be wired to a company, but to an individual which sends up a red flag in my mind. He said the name of the lender in Madrid a couple of times, but I could never quite catch it. It sounded like Poulan Group. I know it must be a scam, because my credit is not the best. I cannot find any information on this Paxton and Willis company. Except one person who claimed it was a scam, which really is enough for me to not send any money. Still a little curious...
