Why it's not healthy to eat vegetables from the refrigerator?

Asked Apr 22, 2010
I'm pretty sure it's better to eat vegetables from the refrigerator. By keeping them cold, they hold more of their nutritional value. The most nutritious vegetables you can get (aside from freshly grown) are flash-frozen, because they hold all their nutrients during shipping, unlike open-air crate shipping.
