What would you use the herb tyme for

It is delicious on roasted tomatoes, onions and garlic. Pour on a bit of olive oil, sea salt, and ground pepper. And then roast in the oven on 375 for one and a half hours. Blend it all up except the thyme stems of course and serve the best tomato soup you have ever had. Can be also put in a shot glass and garnished with a prawn.
