Is an agency called keypoint or kroll government solutions a legitimate agency?

Is Keypoint or Kroll Government agencies legitimate government agencies? If they are, where are they located? Do they hire private contractors to do their investigative work? I need a response from someone that has a job to know. PLEASE. If you reply please give your identification.

They don't sound legitimate to me, I've never heard of them, but more importantly they just sound really fake to me. And please don't ask for peoples personal information (you asked for identification).

Keypoint is a lagit company. They conduct back ground investigations for government positions such as NSA, TSA, and Border Patrol. They have been in business for 5 years as Keypoint before that they were Knoll Group. They are hiring a lot of independant contractos lately as TSA is increasing their staff by 25,000 positions. Keypoint offers a lot of pricate contract jobs to larger agencies like LAPD and IAB groups to preform secuity audits and other investigative services. I hope this helps.

Keypoint, (formally called Kroll) is located in Colorado. They have been around for almost six years. Their largest business is from federal contracts with OPM, DHS, ICE, DoD. They are solid and you should take a look at their website.
