Would a plant whose leaves are naturally yellow contain some thing other than chlorophyll?

In place of chlorophyll? No. All plants no matter what color contain chlorophyll, just not as much of it as a green plant. In addition to chlorophyll? Of course. All plants contain much more than just Chlorophyll.
