How can I uninstall a program when I get a message that they could not open install.log

trouble uninstalling something from freeze.com, it gives me the message that (could not open INSTALL.LOG)

try my computer , local disk C, and program files/program files 86 find the program double click,under there try and find an uninstall script there should be some , other than that you could go into the windows registry , windows key +R , type regedit and cntr+F to search for anything to corresponds to the program then click the the dword files and click delete this should get rid of any reminents of the corrupt program.
