No, but you could set up a script to do that, however that's a really bad idea. As CamStudio records, it builds up a dummy file on your hard drive that gets larger and larger as it records. When it fills your hard drive completely, your computer will crash. If your computer crashes while it's recording, it's possible that it will leave dead data on the drive, so it will be taking up a huge chunk of space, but you can't delete it. When that happens, all you can do is back up your stuff and reformat the hard drive. Another reason why that's a bad idea is if someone were to use your laptop without you knowing, they might forget to turn it off and then your computer would seize up and crash from CamStudio recording a massive file.
