My subscription I paid for myself and daughter--I got none she got 2

I wrote you by mail 12-28-09 and have been ignored.I signed up to renew my subscription and renew my daughter's: she is Jane Hartshorne, 1302 Sorento Circle, W. Melbourne, Fl. 32904. I sent check #3713 dated Nov. 1, 2009 in the amt. of $24.00 and it was CASHED...The offer was 1 year of both Good Housekeeping and Redbook. My daughter, Jane, gets 2 each month. Why would that ever happen???????My address: Rosemary Muller, 224 Stacey Rd., Coxsackie, NY 12051. I am disgusted to have been ignored since sending the letter. I have been purchasing subscriptions to Good Housekeeping for 40 plus years. Also, I am getting billed for your just continuing renewal from last subscription automatically and saying I am not paid..In my mailing to you 12-29 I even sent a copy of the bill. What is going on with your customer service??
